Cheryl Karch holds an MBA in Health Systems Administration and BS in Psychology. Her work as a Manager in one of the big four accounting firms granted her the opportunity to work with large academic and teaching hospitals all over the country. As the Director of Program Development at a large academic medical center in New Jersey, she created business plans for the hospital and implemented new programs. She worked closely with CEOs, Medical Directors and Department Heads to achieve and implement new programs and change processes that would achieve positive financial results. Her areas of expertise includes hospital financial management, project and program management, revenue enhancement, program research and evaluation, managed care contract analysis and process and organizational improvement. She lives at home in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
